We provide warranty for the nixie tubes for 1 year. Within 1 year we will ship the spare nixie tube(s) to you free of charge. For other nixie clock issues (not tubes related), we provide lifetime warranty, in such case you just need to ship the clock back to us for repair. We also cover the return shipping, for you it is free of charge.

Standard international shipping takes about 6-10 days across Europe and about 8-14 days when shipped to the North America. To Australia it takes 12-14 days. During peak times during holidays it may take longer. When in a hurry, during ordering you can select expedited shipping with DHL.

Yes, easily. As we do not solder nixie tubes and use special pins to keep the tubes in place, you can easily replace a broken tube if needed. You can always contact us via a web chat form or send us email for support.
